Exploring Business and Entrepreneurship

This course consist of activities designed to teach the basic principles of business including purpose, functions, and classifications of businesses and the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, identify personal characteristics and skills needed for a successful entrepreneur, identify and apply the entrepreneurial process, and identify the procedures and requirements for starting a business.  (9 weeks)

 

Exploring Business Activities

Students will use their entrepreneurial skills to operate their own business. Students use a simulation to operate businesses and learn about business activities. Operate a Lemonade Stand, Operate a Kiosk Food Truck, Create their own small business (students will choose what to sell)  (9 weeks)
